Status: in development. Early-access waitlist only. Launch timing, pricing, and supported hardware have not been announced.

ListingsKey is a standalone real estate property access platform being built for listing agents and brokerage teams. Planned features include showing request links, agent approval or decline, private visitor portals with entry instructions and property notes, permission-checked text access assistance, and remote control of compatible garages. An optional GuestsKey connection is planned for properties that are also short-term rentals.

## What is ListingsKey?

ListingsKey is a real estate access platform in development for listing agents and brokerage teams. It is designed to bring showing requests, approvals, property instructions, and supported smart-device controls into one place. Join the waitlist to hear when early access opens.

## How will showing approvals work?

The planned workflow starts with a property-specific request link. A visiting agent requests a time, the listing agent approves or declines, and an approved visitor receives a private portal with the showing details and permitted access instructions.

## Will I need a smart lock?

Not for the planned request-and-instructions workflow. ListingsKey is being designed for properties with physical keys and lockboxes, as well as compatible smart locks. Remote unlock and garage control will require supported, connected hardware. The supported-device list is not yet published.

## What does text-to-unlock mean?

Text-to-unlock is a planned access-assistance feature. An approved visitor could text for help, and ListingsKey would check the visitor, property, current access window, and permissions before requesting an unlock on a supported device. A text or matching phone number alone will not grant access; additional verification may be required.

## Can I open and close a garage remotely?

Remote garage control is planned for compatible connected controllers, with device-reported status and clear failure messages. Availability will depend on the controller and installation. An accepted command will not be presented as confirmation that the garage actually closed.

## Is ListingsKey part of GuestsKey?

ListingsKey is being developed as a separate platform for real estate agents. A GuestsKey subscription will not be required. An optional integration is planned for properties already managed in GuestsKey, with owner-authorized sharing of relevant rental availability and access information.

## When can I use it, and what will it cost?

ListingsKey is not publicly available yet. Launch timing, pilot availability, supported hardware, and pricing have not been announced. Joining the waitlist is free, requires no credit card, and does not create a paid subscription.
